Dave joined Ladd, McCall & Associates in June 2008. He provides tax planning,
compliance and research services for corporations, partnerships, estates, and individuals.
In addition to his tax work, Dave has experience
in accounting, financial planning including retirement, and management consulting. Other responsibilities
include handling the information technology network as well as implementing new processes to make the firm more efficient. Dave started his professional career at IBM developing printer software. He also had many different assignments as an IBM technical marketing specialist in retail
banking.
Licensed as a CPA in North Carolina, Dave received a Master of Accountancy degree in 2007 and a Master of Business Administration in 1990 from the University of North
Carolina at Charlotte. He graduated from Purdue University with highest distinction while
earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree.
Dave is a member of the North Carolina Association of CPAs.
In 2017 after living in Charlotte for 34 years, he and his wife, Nancy, moved back to her hometown, Brevard, NC.
